We'll craft a plan for your brand to develop and protect your trademarks
We offer three types of applications – state, basic, or comprehensive.
State - Just need state protection? We can help you with applications on the state level.
Basic - Our basic level is our most competitive price and is great for those entrepreneurs who have already conducted a search and are ready to file their application.
Comprehensive - Our comprehensive plan includes a trademark search, opinion letter, one hour of consultation and the USPTO fee for one class. Completely done for you!
Filed your trademark application and have an Office Action response from the Examiner? No worries, we can help you by crafting a response to the Examiner’s arguments. These include likelihood of confusion, descriptiveness or other arguments that require extensive research.
One of your responsibilities as a trademark owner is to police your mark to ensure it is being used properly. We’ll take that off your hands and put to work our own algorithm to help you maintain the strength of your mark.
Copyrights encompass all kinds of creative expressions, such as videos, photographs, literary works, and even software code! Your copyrighted works are invaluable to your company, and can be leveraged to your advantage. We collaborate with our clients to identify, safeguard, uphold, and assert their rights in various creative works. We give you the knowledge you need about copyrights so you can continue to create works with peace of mind. That's empowering!
We'll craft a plan for your brand to develop and protect your copyrights
We can file your copyright application with the Copyright Office.
Trademarks can be names, logos, slogans, podcast names, hashtags, colors are all examples of trademarks. Trademarks serve as source identifiers for your goods and services.
State registrations protect trademarks within the geographic area of that state. Federal registration protects your trademarks on the national level.
There are two types of applications for federal registration: intent-to-use and in-use. Intent-to-use applications are for those companies who are planning on using a mark, and want to go through the process first. Once an intent-to-use application is approved, the applicant then can convert the application to an in-use application and submit a statement of use along with the specimens showing how the mark is used in commerce. In order to seek federal registration, the marks must be used in interstate commerce in association with the respective goods or services.
An Office Action is a response from the Examining Attorney regarding the application and reasoning behind what the EA has found within the application. For example, an Office Action may require a disclaimer, clarification on classes or goods, or argue that a mark is likely to be confused with another mark. A response to an Office Action is required to continue the review of the application, or else the application will be abandoned.
Servicemarks are words, symbols, and slogans that are used to indicate the source of services provided.
Some ways you can protect your IP are through contract provisions, and registering your works.
Trade secrets can be things like business systems, know-how, or items that give your business an advantage. Trade secrets are protected through contracts and safekeeping the knowledge.

Holistic legal is an empowering approach to business
A holistic legal approach offers comprehensive support for your business by integrating legal strategies with broader organizational goals, such as sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical practices. By addressing legal issues in alignment with your business's values and mission, a holistic legal approach not only mitigates risks but also enhances reputation, fosters stakeholder trust, and promotes long-term success in today's interconnected world.
Holistic law is an approach to the practice of law that considers the interconnectedness of all aspects of life and seeks to promote harmony and balance in society. This approach recognizes that the law is not separate from the larger social and natural systems that it seeks to regulate and that legal issues cannot be fully understood or addressed in isolation from their larger context.
Holistic law emphasizes a more collaborative and integrative approach to legal problem-solving, seeking to find solutions that are equitable and sustainable for all parties involved. It often involves a more interdisciplinary approach that draws on principles from other fields, such as psychology, ecology, and spirituality, in addition to traditional legal principles.
Overall, holistic law seeks to promote a more compassionate and empathetic approach to the practice of law, one that seeks to address the root causes of legal conflicts and promote greater social justice and ecological sustainability.
With that said, here are 5 ways a holistic legal approach can help your business thrive: 👊

By promoting a more ethical and socially responsible approach to business, holistic law can help businesses build stronger relationships with their stakeholders and contribute to the well-being of their communities.
Holistic law considers not only the legal issues at hand but also the larger social and natural systems in which they arise. This can help businesses find more sustainable and equitable solutions to legal problems, which can improve their reputation and help build trust with their stakeholders. It also considers solutions that benefit not only stakeholders, but employees and customers. It drives innovative proactive solutions instead of reactive solutions.
Holistic law emphasizes a more collaborative and integrative approach to legal problem-solving. By seeking to understand the underlying interests and needs of all parties involved, holistic law can help businesses find more creative and mutually beneficial solutions to conflicts. Your company can consider a holistic collaborative approach that integrates legal strategies with broader business objectives, fostering synergy and alignment across all aspects of your business.
Holistic law recognizes the importance of employee well-being and can help businesses create more supportive and compassionate work environments. This can lead to higher employee satisfaction and retention, which can improve overall business performance. Employees are more likely to stay with your company long-term when they have a sense of purpose and loyalty to a company that considers their work-life balance and personal growth.
By considering the long-term social and ecological impacts of business decisions, holistic law can help businesses create more sustainable practices that benefit both the business and the larger community. You can align your values and mission by integrating legal strategies with broader business objectives, fostering compliance, ethical practices, and risk mitigation.
